Introducing Rodney and Afton

Last Saturday I met Rodney and Afton at the Philadelphia Art Museum to do their engagement session.  Despite to cold wind and the park guard coming over and bothering us, it was a great session.  Rodney and Afton were so great to work with.  They really had a lot of fun together and of course it does not hurt that they look great together.  Enjoy!

Taneka and Ephraim - They Will 8.17.07

These two were great. Considering they both could have been models and they are totally in to each other, this was one great engagement session. We spent some time at the Art Museum in Philly. Despite it being the hottest day of the year, Taneka and Ephraim rocked it!
a few smiles …
a nice kiss…
a little dance …

a bit of sun glare …
total cuteness …
Thanks for an awesome session. I can’t wait for the FRIDAY wedding in August, lol.

Marissa and Jim - They Will 9.15.07

A little over a week ago, I got together with Marissa again and got the opportunity to meet her fiance, Jim. For their session, we met up at the Navy Shipyard. After checking out the Liberty Belle where their reception will take place, we got to explore the pier.

Parts of the area were pretty run down, but I felt it was a GREAT location for engagement pictures. I love the rustic backdrops and the COLORS. This one below is my favorite picture of the session.

There was an old gas station that we could not help but play around with.
Thanks for a great time Marissa and Jim. I can’t wait for the wedding!

Tonya and Shane - They Will 6.16.07

Last Sunday I enjoyed meeting up with Tonya and Shane again. We meet at Temple’s Ambler Campus, as that is where Tonya went to college. Double congratulations are due as Tonya just graduated this month as well! While there was not a whole lot going on on campus, the flowers were in bloom and it was quite beautiful.

So silly …

This one is my favorite picture of the day. So intense … I love it!I was loving the red barn. Colors are amazing.

I brought my husband with me again to assist. This was my favorite picture of his. One of these days I’ll get him to shoot a wedding with me, hehe.Tonya and Shane will be getting married at Nostalgia on 6/16/07. I can’t wait. Be sure to check out the sneak peak slideshow.
